Return Policy

Returns / Exchanges:
At Elemental Horizons it is important to us to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible and we strive to provide excellent customer service at every step in your shopping experience.  We offer a variety of online resources to help you choose the right products for you and we encourage you to contact our customer service representatives who are always happy to answer any questions you may have. We understand that internet shopping doesn't always work out and when this happens we will do whatever we can to assist you in resolving the situation in a prompt and professional manner. 

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact customer service and we will be happy to assist you.  Returns and exchanges are only accepted for NEW UNUSED products within 30 days of purchase.  When returning an item to us, you are responsible for the shipping charges to our office.  If the item is an exchange, we will pay the shipping, within the USA,  to you for the new item.  When shipping returns to us we can provide a prepaid shipping label to you for  a $20 fee.  We will credit you as soon as we receive your return in our office.  We reserve the right to adjust the amount of the refund if the items are dirty or damaged.   Please contact customer service for details.

  • To be eligible for refund / exchange the item must be in NEW, UNUSED condition.
  • Before returning any merchandise you must contact our customer service department via email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the amount of the refund if the items are dirty or damaged.
  • Please write the RA# on the outside of the box where it can be easily seen.
  • Please carefully pack your items and ship your package via prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.  Sorry but we can not accept C.O.D. returns and all such returns will be refused.
